Cancellation Policy

 

Participant Cancellations

Participants wishing to cancel their registration must adhere to the following guidelines:

More than 15 Days Prior to Course Start Date: Participants will be entitled to a full refund, less a administrative fee. This fee covers processing costs associated with the cancellation.

 

7 to 14 Days Prior to Course Start Date: Participants will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total course fee. This partial refund reflects the administrative resources already allocated for course preparation.

 

Less than 7 Days Prior to Course Start Date: No refund will be granted. This policy is in place to ensure that we can adequately prepare and allocate resources for participants who intend to attend.

 

Institute Cancellations

In the event that Elephant Creations must cancel a course for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Alternatively, participants may opt to transfer their registration to a future course, subject to availability. We strive to provide timely notifications of any cancellations to minimize inconvenience.

 

Defer Policy

Participants have the option to transfer their registration to defer their enrollment to a future course, provided that they notify us at least 7 days prior to the original course start date. Participants are to note that the fees shall not be refunded in this case and the deferment shall be subject to availability of slots in the particular batch. Participants also have the option to switch the course, provided they notify at least 7days prior to original course start date. It is to be noted that acceptance of request to switch the course lies solely in the hands of the Institute and No Refund for the same is permitted. Participants are to note that in case of switching the course, seats shall be booked subject to availability.  This allows us to manage enrollment effectively and ensure that all participants receive the best possible experience.

 

No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the course without providing prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or transfer. Participants are to note that inability to attend the lecture has to be communicated to the course mentor at least 24 hours before the lecture. Every participant gets an option to attend the lecture on a future date in case of unavailability of the participant on the original date of lecture. It is to be noted that this option can be exercised only thrice throughout the tenure of the course. We emphasize the importance of communication regarding attendance to facilitate planning and resource allocation.

 

Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events. These requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Elephant Creations. Participants seeking consideration for a refund under special circumstances must provide appropriate documentation to support their request.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, participants must submit a request on learnings@elephant-creations.com. They can also contact our administrative office at Ph. --------------- for further details on the same. Please include your registration details and a brief explanation of the reason for the request. We aim to respond promptly to all inquiries.

 

Policy Modifications

Elephant Creations reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without any prior notice. It is the responsibility of the participant to periodically check and be familiar with the Terms and Conditions and the refund policy governing their registration from time to time.
